William Parrish Plumbing does exceptional work and today’s service call with Austin did not disappoint. He arrived timely and quickly diagnosed and repaired my plumbing problem. I highly recommend this team!

Javier was amazing! He was thorough and looked for solutions at all times. Even though we could not find one for our water spot on the first floor, he tried to find it and took his time, even offering alternative suggestions like potentially being condensed ductwork. He installed an access panel outside of the bathroom where one wasn't there so we wouldn't need to access by cutting a hole in the wall again. Javier is a great employee for the company and we look forward to seeing him in the future for our needs.

I hit a drain line in my bathroom and they were very prompt in getting me scheduled and fixed the drain quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!

Austin is outstanding. He came out and installed a circulator pump so that my water would stay hot at certain times during the day since my water heater was replaced by a company through a Duke Power water heater program.👎🏻 Hot water wouldn’t reach the second floor after the new one was put in. William Parish plumbing fixed the problem! Great service, great company!!

Scott was great! He quickly was able to detect the problem under the house and start the repair on our leaking pipes right away! And he even repaired an additional leak that he found while testing the water pressure, that we didn't realize was there. I didn't expect him to be able to get to it today but I'm so glad he could! He was very thorough and explained everything well and even advised us on what we could do for our next steps! Thank you for your quick, thorough work!

They replaced our hot water heater that was leaking. Took care of it immediately. No hassle. Their price was way less then what we were quoted from another company that we actually have a contract with! I believe Scott was the one that did the install. First time using them and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. The team came out on short notice since they were in the area and were able to replace our water heater the same day. I also mentioned sporadic poor water pressure and they diagnosed and replaced our pressure valve as well. The team was patient with all my questions and walked us through the options. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
